We make your returns hassle free with our easy returns policy

We hope you love your new purchase, but understand in can be difficult without trying the items on. If you are not happy with your purchase. you can exchange your item within 30 days as long as they’re brand new & unworn. If the item is faulty we will be sure to meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Full priced items can either be exchanged for another style/size to the same value or returned for a store credit/ refund. Please email us at info@rascalsapparel.co.nz to let us know which you would prefer and we will send you the returns address. You will need to organize the shipping and costs. We do not accept responsibility for the item until we have received it therefore advise you to use a tracking service.

Sale items can either be exchanged for another style/size to the same value or returned for a store credit unfortunately we do not offer refunds on sale items. Please email us  at info@rascalsapparel.co.nz to let us know which you would prefer and we will send you the returns address. You will need to organize the shipping and costs. Once we have received your return please allow up to 5 business days for us to process and issue store credit / send out new item.

Please note postage charges on returns are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for an exchange (i.e. the same style is being changed for a different size or colour), you are not required to pay for the delivery of the new product coming back to you.
